Return / retract policies


In accordance with the right, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 7 working days counted from the delivery of the good.

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. The transportation costs and the others that leads to the return will be covered by the consumer.

If all of the above conditions are met, will refund the total amount paid, without any discounts or deductions, and the term can not exceed 30 calendar days.

The way to make a change is sending an email to with the order number, invoice number and products you wish to change.


Change policies

Claim for quality

Whenever you have given a good use to the clothe and it has a quality problem, we will recognize the arrangement or change of it and all transportation costs incurred will be reimbursed. If your request for the effectiveness of the guarantee is not accepted after being evaluated by our technical department due to the lack of conformity with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days after the date of your Claim, to re-coordinate your shipment with a freight charge where you must pay the shipping company at the time the product is delivered.

Before making the formalities for a claim, we suggest you consult the most common cases of rejection of changes due to misuse of the clothes

Do not follow the washing and care instructions of the garment.

Use deodorants with chemicals that discolor the fabrics.

Use of chemicals or bleach in the wash.

Dyed by direct drying in the sun.

The clothes was altered or modified by the customer and therefore its last was damaged.

The stamping, appliques or embroidery were ironed.

Normal garment wear.

The design of the garment has an artisan process that makes each garment have unique and irregular finishes between the same lot.
